July 22 – Orange Cat Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Orange Cat”) has officially completed its first installation of intelligent shared charging devices in Germany, marking the company’s strategic entry into the European market. This milestone highlights Orange Cat’s commitment to driving sustainable energy solutions and lays the groundwork for rapid expansion across the continent.
Founded in April 2025 in Hong Kong, Orange Cat focuses on developing, manufacturing, and operating advanced shared charging technologies that support green mobility and smart energy adoption. In May, the company established its European headquarters in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and launched the initial phase of its expansion plan, aiming to deploy between 3,000 and 5,000 units across key locations such as urban transport hubs, commercial areas, and major tourist sites.
The first wave of installations has already been successfully rolled out in cities including Stuttgart and Munich. Orange Cat’s flagship product—a shared power bank equipped with an intelligent management platform—offers fast, convenient mobile charging services for commuters, travelers, and leisure users. Designed with localized features, the devices provide a seamless user experience while meeting diverse energy needs on the go.
“Europe is experiencing a surge in demand for green energy solutions and mobile charging services,” said the Head of Orange Cat’s European Operations. “Germany serves as our starting point due to its strict regulatory standards and well-established user base. This market provides the perfect environment to pilot and scale a continent-wide shared energy network.”
All Orange Cat products carry key European certifications, including CE and RoHS, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements. The devices are integrated with GPS, real-time monitoring, and data analytics for efficient operation. In parallel, Orange Cat is building a complete operational ecosystem, including a backend management platform, a merchant-focused system, and a user-friendly mobile app, all designed to enable scalable deployment and superior service quality.
Localization remains at the core of Orange Cat’s European strategy. The company has partnered with German enterprises, established local customer service and operations teams, and is actively contributing to industry standards in the shared charging sector. This localized approach enhances service responsiveness and strengthens user engagement.
Moving forward, Germany will serve as the launchpad for Orange Cat’s European expansion, with plans to enter France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Austria. Within the next 18 months, the company aims to extend its presence to over 100 European cities, creating an interconnected, intelligent shared charging network that supports sustainable mobility and energy access across the region.
